As soon as I walked into this little restaurant, I was attracted by its cozy atmosphere. There are no luxurious decorations here, just simple wooden tables and chairs and the familiar aroma of Italian kitchens. I decided to order the classic “Spaghetti alla Carbonara”, one of Rome’s traditional delicacies.
After a while, my pasta was served. I toss the pasta with a fork, allowing it to fully incorporate the aromas of grilled bacon, eggs, and hard Italian cheese.
